By accessing and using the Tumeyo website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All digital products (templates, ebooks) are delivered electronically upon purchase. Consulting services are delivered via scheduled video calls. Prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time.
We accept payment by UPI (INR), PayPal (USD), and bank transfer (INR). Prices are shown in USD and, where displayed, as an approximate INR amount for UPI and bank transfer payments.
Payment is manually verified. After you complete your payment, submit the confirmation form on the checkout page with your transaction or UTR reference and, optionally, a payment proof file. We verify the payment and email your download link to the address you provide - usually within a few hours and at most within 24 hours on business days.
Free products do not require payment. Simply submit the form on the checkout page and we will email the download link.
If we cannot verify your payment within 7 days, we may contact you at the email you provided. Once your order is delivered, the refund policy below applies.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Consulting sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment.
All content on this website, including templates, ebooks, blog posts, and graphics, is the property of Tumeyo and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Templates and ebooks are licensed for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products.
Tumeyo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
