Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every purchase to feel worthwhile. This policy outlines what happens if something doesn’t work out.

1. Digital templates & products

Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, all template sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.

Exception: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, email us at hello@tumeyo.com within 7 days. We will resolve the issue promptly — either by resending the file or issuing a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with a template, reach out before requesting a refund. We’d rather fix the issue or offer an exchange than have you walk away with a bad experience.

2. Consulting sessions — Clarity Session (single session)

· Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund or free rescheduling — your choice.
· Cancellation 24–48 hours before: Rescheduling offered once. No refund.
· Cancellation under 24 hours / no-show: Session is forfeited. No refund, no rescheduling.
· After session completion: Sessions are non-refundable once completed. If you feel the session did not deliver value, email us within 48 hours and we will review it personally.

3. Systems Sprint (4-session package)

· Before Session 1: Full refund if requested 48+ hours before the first session.
· After Session 1: Partial refund for unused sessions (pro-rated minus ₹500 admin fee).· 

After Session 3 or 4: No refund — the package is considered substantially delivered.
· Unused sessions cannot be paused for more than 30 days without prior agreement.

4. Ongoing Partner (monthly)

· Cancel anytime before your next billing date — no lock-in, no penalty.
· No refunds for the current active month once the billing cycle has started.
· To cancel, email hello@tumeyo.com at least 5 days before your next renewal date.

5. Community membership (if/when paid tier launches)

· Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.
· No mid-month refunds once a billing cycle has started.
· Annual memberships: 50% refund if cancelled within the first 30 days. No refund after 30 days.

6. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@tumeyo.com with:
· Your full name
· Order number or session date
· Reason for the request

We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

7. Our promise

We are not in the business of keeping money from people we haven’t helped. If something genuinely went wrong, reach out. We will always try to make it right.
